This recording was inspired by witnessing the impact of cosmic rhythms in my son Bastian Moss. He has a true love for drums, and fortunately all of my children love music and are moved by it and dance! It was my hope to develop a series of songs that would be an inspiring family dance album, while carrying the same energy as what propels a meditative drive. From start to finish this has been an inner and outer work - crafting and creating most of the songs late in the evening whilst the children are sleeping and I in my surrealistic cap. Refined in the day amongst the daily rituals, and in the spontaneous. I’ve leaned on family and friends for everything from inspiration to information. With supreme gratitude, it is my sincere hope this finds you when and where you are - as you are - it is as it should be.
